Sharda Stevens

The Wellness Coach 

My name is Sharda Stevens, and I’m on a mission to help other women create their health and happiness themselves, just like I did. I know what it's like to struggle from within and constantly battle with that number on the scale. I thought I had all the answers until I didn't. 

Over the last 11 years in my wellness journey, I've learned that not all storms come to disrupt your life. Rather they can help clear your path and vision for a greater tomorrow. Now it’s time for me to impart everything I’ve learned to those around me. 

I'm not perfect, and I most definitely don't pretend to be either. You'll never find me lecturing you about what's right or what's wrong because that's not my job. My job is to help you get up and dust yourself when you've slipped up and how to make your physical and mental health a priority.  

I have found exercising, and journaling has been essential to my physical and mental well-being. I noticed drastic changes once I started paying attention to the connection between my mind, soul, and body. It's crazy how you can boost the way you feel inside out by making simple changes in your lifestyle!

From Burned Out to Balanced Out

As women, we often find it difficult to take time out for self-care, whether due to our never-ending to-do lists or feeling like we're just not worthy enough. And the negativity around the entire diet and starving culture and the unrealistic pressure that social media has created for us don't help either. 

I aim to encourage women to care about their mental health actively. Now don't get me wrong, while physical health is just as important. However, it's essential not to get so wrapped up around our appearances that we forget about what's inside. Remember, wellness and fitness are much more than just a diet. They are truly a lifestyle.
